When I’m not thinking about design, I’m generally thinking about food. Scoffers is my restaurant review blog, focusing on the food scene in Brighton and London.
Where possible, high quality imagery provided by restaurants or their PR companies is used throughout the review to give as much impact as possible.
Typography is an integral part of any website. Scoffers mixes a large, serif headline typeface with a sans-serif typeface for body copy to give contrast whilst being easily legible.
At the bottom of a review, along with contact information on the venue and the author’s profile, you can expand a panel detailing the final bill for the evening.
The website was designed and built to be responsive for mobile and tablet devices. Meaning that regardless of which device a user chooses to view the website on, they are given the best possible browsing experience.
Taking the time to work on the content hierarchy of the page, mobile users are able to access the most important information easily, without having to scroll around and waste their precious time when they're on the move.
Non critical information is still easily accessible but doesn't get in the way of the key functions the user is trying to perform.Visit Site
